Vension and Noodles

Ingredients
vension steaks or roast 3#brown gravy mixchopped onion1 package noodles
Directions
Cut up roast or steaks into stew size bites coat with brown gravy mix. Chop onions.

Add venison and onions to crock pot cover with water and cook low and slow 8 hours.

I put on in the morning and let it cook all day. When I get home I cook noodles as directed by package and then add to the meat and broth mixture and let sit for 30 minutes so that flavor can absorb into the noodles.

Eat as is or you can serve over mashed potatoes. With left overs add canned veggies and you have stew for later in the week or you can add veggies and freeze for a later date.
