Ground Sirloin Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground sirloin1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs1 large egg1/4 cup egg whites1 tbsp parsley1 tsp garlic powderFor cooking:Garlic saltlight olive oil
Directions
In bowl, mix egg, egg whites, parsley and garlic salt. Add ground sirloin and mix by hand (don't want to handle too much or mush). Add parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Mix with hands (handle as little as possible).

Roll in to meatballs. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook up in light olive oil over medium heat, turning frequently until brown.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 16 meatballs, depending on size
