Ingredients
Chicken--combination of breast and thigh boneless is best but whatever you have works--up to 4 chicken breasts worth (20 oz)One 14 oz can of chopped tomatoes (seasoned is fine)One can of pasta sauce, low cal is bestChopped onions and green peppers--a cup of eachChopped jalopenos (to taste and optional)o.25 cup of chipotle salsa (optional)Oregano, crushed garlic or garlic powder, celery salt to taste2 TBSP coconut oil or olive oil
Directions
Lay the chicken in the botom of the crockpot with the oil, throw everything else on top.
