Vegetable & Ham Soup

Ingredients
6 Medium Potatoes (cubed)1 Cup Sliced Carrots1 Cup Chopped Celery1 Medium Onion (chopped)1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper2 Cups Lean Ham (cubed)3 Cans Chicken Broth3 Cans Water1 Tsp Salt1 Tbsp Black Pepper1 Tsp Cummin1 Optional Tbsp of Hot Sauce
Directions
Chop and cube all vegetables and ham to desired size for your family. Combine all ingredients in large soup pan. Heat on medium to a near boil, then lower to simmer for another 20 minutes. Serve with a good hard bread.
