Patrick's Famous Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 jar spaghetti sauce32 ounces of 1% lowfat cottage cheese2 cups shredded shredded mozzarella2 eggs1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 teaspoons dried parsleysalt to tasteground black pepper to taste12 lasagna noodles1/2 cups water1 cup feta cheese
Directions
1. Prepare beef by browning and draining in a skillet. Drain grease.
2. Mix together the cottage cheese, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
3. Spread sauce mixture in bottom of pan. Cover with uncooked noodles. Add some of cheese mixture next. Repeat. Add Parmesan cheese to the top.Add water to pan edges.
4. Bake at 350 preheated oven for 55 minutes. Check at least once. Let stand 10 minutes.
