Fish Dish - MM So Good

Ingredients
Flounder, whiting, or talapia (fish), 4 fillet Onions, raw, 1 small Black Olives, 20Lemon 1/2Pepper, black, 1 dash Salt, 1dashOlive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
To make prep time faster,
dice onion and olive, set to side.
In a bowl washed and drain fish
add lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
In large skillet heat olive oil
add onions and olive and saute till onions are tender, or desired consistency
take out of pan and put on side
then in same pan add fish and grill till flaky and white, about 10 mins. I grill till toasted on both sides 5 mins each side
serve and top with onion and olive mixture
