Best Low-Cal/Low-Fat Vegan Brownies

Ingredients
Ingredients:1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed1 tsp Vanilla Extract3 TBSP Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)2 TBSP water1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/4 tsp Salt1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

In large bowl, soak ground flax in water. Add vanilla and applesauce, mix well. Add brown sugar, mix again.

In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Then, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just mixed.

Spoon into mini-cupcake papers.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Serving Size: Makes 10 mini-cupcake sized brownies
