Turkey burger 2.5 lbs. (lightly cook first in skillet)Black beans 425 grams canned (15 oz. can)Tomato sauce 425 grams (30 oz.)Diced tomatoes 822 grams (29.oz.)Hot banana peppers 4.15 oz. (3/4 to 1 cup diced)Jalapeno peppers 3.25 oz ( 3/4 to 1 cup diced)Onion 8.70 oz. (one medium) diced2 bay leaves1/2 cup chili pepperTb. minced garlic (I use the store bought tube . . . no mincing needed!)
Directions
Throw everything in a crock and cook!
