1/2 cup Flax meal1.5 cups Almond meal1 Tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar1/4 cup Sugar Free Syrup (Irish Cream)1/2 cup butter4 eggs1/2 cup water Bake at 350 for 20 minutes - 12 large muffins
Directions
Mix dry ingredients first, then add wet, pour into greased muffin tin, Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
