Chewy Granola Cookies

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 c. Vanilla, 0% fat Greek Yogurt1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1/4 c. flax meal1/2 c. stevia in the raw1 T. cinnamon1/2 c almond meal/flour1 c. gluten free all-purpose baking flour2 1/2 c. rolled oats (one minute variety)1/2 c. Reduced Sugar Craisins1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions
Mix all the "wet" ingredients, stevia, and cinnamon. Add the flours, mix well. Then add the oats and mix. Finally mix in your craisins and walnuts. Using a tablespoon, drop and flatten the cookies on a cooking oil sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
