Banana oatmeal cookie

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas mashed.2-3 cups of oatmeal. (not rolled oats)1 tsp vanilla. 1 tbsp granulated sugar1/2 small apple, peeled and grated1/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
Directions
mash banana in a bowl. add vanilla, cinnamon, sugar. and grated apple. Add 2 cups oatmeal . if mix is too soft, add more oatmeal until semi firm. Form into pingpong ball sized balls of dough, place on greased cookie sheet (or use parchment) flatten and form until 1/3 inch high. bake in preheated 350 oven for 10-15 min or until golden.
