Zucchini loaf

Ingredients
1 c white flour all purpose2 c whole wheat2/3 c vegetable oil2 c grated zucchini (I added 1 c applesauce because I was short i cup of zucchini) 3 lg eggs1 tsp baking soda3 tablespoons baking powder1 tsp. salt1 tblsp cinnamon1 c chopped walnuts1c raisinsmeasure flour and dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix oil zucchini, eggs, raisins, walnuts in another bowl with electric mixer till well blended add wet mixture to dry and blend together with mixer.in large bowl. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Directions
Bake at 325 degrees Farenheit. ! hour. Done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
