Ingredients
250ml water boiling100g oatflakes100ml water1 tbsp vinegar1 tbsp sugar400g wheat flour1 tsp salt7g dry yeast
Directions
soak oattflakes in boiling water (20min)
put water, vinegar and sugar in breadmaker
add soaked oats
add flour
add salt
add yeast
put mashine on normal, medium crust
bake for 3 hours
