baked salmon patties (revised)

Ingredients
1 14.5 oz can of red salmon1 14.5 oz can of pink salmon1 cup crushed saltines1 egg1/2 cup chopped onionscooking spray
Directions
Drain salmon and remove bones. Place in bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Divide into a muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray and spray the tops. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
