Whole Wheat Pizza

Ingredients
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour2 cups White All-Purpose Flour1 Tbs of Salt1 Package of Yeast2 Tbs of Honey1 Tbs of Olive Oil1 cup Pizza SauceMozzarella Cheese
Directions
Mix 1 Cup + 1/3 Tbs of lukewarm water with the package of yeast, the honey and oil. Allow yeast to sit for 5 mins. Mix dry ingredients together. Add 1 cup of dry ingredients at a time to the yeast mix. Knead all the flour in and break up the dough into 4 big or 6-8 smaller balls of dough. Lightly cover each ball with olive oil and place on a cookie sheet. Cover and allow to rise for 30 mins.

Heat oven to 400 degrees, spread out dough and put whatever toppings you want on! Cook for 10-12 mins.

Nutrition facts for one of the 4 big pizzas, smaller pizzas will have less!
