1 pack of purdue thin cut chicken breast, cut into small pieces.2 cups frozen corn1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilidash of pepperdash of dried pepper flakes1 10 oz. package of frozen onionsabout 2 cups of vegetable juice1 cup or 1 green bell pepper, chopped.
cut up chicken, set aside
Put the rest of the ingredients into a crcokpot, then top those off with the cut up chicken.
Put crockpot setting on High for about 3-4 hours.
Can be served over rice, or with cornbread.
