Easy Lemon Dressing

6oz Lemon Juice (fresh or bottled)3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend (dried)1/2 tsp Dill Weed (dried)1 tsp Salt.25 tsp Fresh Black Pepper
Put all ingredients into a cruet or squirt bottle (I use a recycled water bottle with a spout), and shake. I recommend waiting an hour or so before using the dressing after first mixing it so the spices can rehydrate.
Store at room temp so the olive oil doesn't partially solidify, it's completely safe to do so.
Especially delicious on fresh spinach with some chicken breast strips & your favorite nuts.
Serving size is about 2 tbsp.
