Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
*Flour (self - rising), white, 1.75 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashedWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped*Canola Oil, .333 cupMilk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cupEgg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix flour, sugar, banana, and walnuts in medium-sized bowl.
Mix oil, milk, and egg in smaller bowl.
Make a well in the flour mixture bowl. Add liquids all at once and stir until just blended. Batter will be lumpy.
Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
