Tina's Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 32 ozBaby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots), 16 ozCelery, raw, 2 cup, dicedOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesOlive Oil, 2 tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tspBaby Red Potato, 1 lbLite beer, 12 ozBeef bouillon condensed, 2 TbspWater, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)*Flour, white, .25 cup
Directions
Layer carrots in 6 qt crock pot. Olive oil the roast & lay on top of carrots, fatty side up. Put potatoes around roast. Add spices. Place onionn on top of roast, Cook covered on high for 2 hours. Add celery & mushrooms. Cook covered for 2 more hours. Scoop out meat & veggies onto platter. Let cool. Add water & bouillon to broth, cover and let heat. Meanwhile, slice all ingredients into bitesized chunks. Add flour to broth while whisking. Add chunks back into broth and reheat for about 1.5 hours.
