Ingredients:Barley, pearled, cooked, 0.5 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Chicken Leg, 1 leg, bone and skin removed (remove)Onions, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Milk, 1%, 0.5 cup (remove)Water, tap, 500 mL (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)*chilli, 0.75 tbsp
Directions
add barley ,chilli ,water ,stock (knorr stock pot beef and veg). chicken on the bone or removed .and other veg let it boil and then simmer for 40 mins .add to blender remove bone from chicken if not alread done so .add milk in blender and its done blend for about 1 min or untill u like it . becomes thick
