Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

1 head of cauliflower8 oz of pork tenderloin (cooked)4 oz of Light cream cheese1/3 cup of fat free half and half1/2 cup of reduced fat shredded cheddarsalt and pepper to tastesmoked paprika
boil head of cauliflower until soft, break apart and put in a 9 X 13 Glass baking dish. Spoon pieces of light cream cheese evenly over cauliflower, chop pork tenderloin and spread evenly over cauliflower (ham is delicious too but I didn't have any for this recipe). Pour 1/3 cup of fat free half and half and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar. Stir together, sprinkle smoked paprika over the top, and put in a 400 degree oven. After 10 minutes stir. Cook an additional 10 minutes.
