cube and brown chicken. Add to bowl with 1 can refried beans1 can cream of chicken soup1/4 c sour cream1/2 cup shredded cheese. (reserve a little cheese for top)Stir together then add equally to tortillasIn bottom of pan ad half can of enchilada sauce. line rolled filled tortillas then cover with remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle lightly with cheese. It uses 8-10 tortillas depending on how much filling you use.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted. 1 enchilada is a serving.
