Lower Fat Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
29 oz. lean, ground burger or turkey burger2 cups finely diced green peppers1 cup finely diced onion1 cup "Panko" style crumbs ( "Japanese" bread crumbs )3 egg whites1 minced garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic paste1 Tbs. Italian spice or fresh Italian herbs1 tsp. red crushed pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
Roll into 2 inch balls and place on a sheet pan with wax paper or a lightly greased sheet pan. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce. (add additional sauce calories!)
