Creme Brulee w/Triple Berry topping

Milk, 2%, 1 cup Half and Half Cream, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large *Splenda, 24 tsp + 1 Tbsp *Rader Farms Frozen Three Berry Mix, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp
Combine milk, heavy cream, eggs, and splenda in a bowl. Spray ramkin w/non-stick cooking spray. Pour egg/milk mixture into ramkin. Place ramkins in 8x8 square baking dish. Add water to 8x8 dish until water is 1/2 around the ramkins. Bake at 350 1 hour or until custard is firm. Remove from oven, sprinkle w/sugar. Place under broiler for 5 minutes.
In a sauce pan, combine berries, 1/2 cup water, and 1 Tbsp splenda and bring to a boil. Simmer about 15 minutes then remove from heat.
Remove creme brulee from oven and top with berry topping.
