crock pot beef stew

Ingredients
the oil and flour are to make a thickener for the stew. you will also need to add salt and pepper to taste. I usually eyeball the amount of water for the stew, i make sure it covers all the ingredients
Directions
chop up the onions, peel and dice the potatoes, add the corn, green beans and broccoliin the crock pot and set it on the low setting. cube up the steak to bit sized peieces and brown them, and add to the pot. in a frying pan put in oil and flour at med to high heat. stirring frequently to make sure it doesn't burn cook flour till nicely brown then add to the crock pot. Add water till stew is covered, then add salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup per serving
