Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups quick-cooking oats1 cup skim milk1/2 cup applesauce1/4 cup sugar1 egg1/4 cup butter2 tsps vanilla1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients and bake in 8x8 square pan, for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
