Chicken Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
20 oz chicken shredded1 5oz bag of mahatma spanish rice1 can del monte garlic & olive oil petite tomatoes1/2 white onion chopped6 peppers (anycolor works)any spicesgarlic
Directions
cook chicken 4-6 hours on low add spices while cooking. shred once done. Carmelize onion. Add can of tomatoes simmer till warm. Cook rice as directed on package. Mix together with tomatoes, onions, and chicken. Scoop into peppers.

Set oven to 350 degrees cookfor 20 mins then add a slice of cheese or shredded cheese. Cook for another 10 mins or until cheese had melted.

Serve immediatly.
