Whole Wheat Spinach Feta Pizza

Ingredients
1 8" whole wheat Boboli pizza crust1 clove garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt 2 cups chopped fresh spinach 1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 4 ounces shredded ff mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 5 tsp olive oil
Directions
Chop spinach into small pieces.and wash.
Sprinkle Boboli pizza with garlic and garlic salt.
Top with the spinach, onion, mushrooms, cheeses and basil.
Drizzle olive oil over cheeses.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until gold and cheese is melted.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Cut pizza into 8 slices.

    I substituted black olives for the mushrooms, and added some chicken and tomatoes. Delicious and looked beautiful! We also used reduced fat feta cheese. - 4/6/08
