Asparagus Soup with chicken

Ingredients
80-120 grams cooked chicken meat in small cubes30gram bread roll250 grams asparagus in a glass or can100 grams mushrooms in slices1 cup of chicken stock made from a cube or home made.1 cup of skim milk 1%2-3 tspn corn starch2 tspn parsley
Directions
Put the chicken stock and the milk in a small saucepan and heat gently up with the asparagus.
Heat it up and taste with a dash of salt and pepper. Thicken the soup with the corn starch mixed in a little water to a paste. Heat the soup up and add the mushrooms and the chicken cubes.
Serve decorated with parsley.
Tip: If you use home made stock put the soup in the fridge and remove the extra fat and reheat it just before serving it to your meal.
