Chocolate cupcakes - free of grains, dairy, and added sweeteners

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut flour - raw, organic (Coconut Secret),1/2 cup Ghiradelli Unsweetened Cocoa1/2 tsp. Salt - Iodized Sea Salt1 tsp.Baking Soda6 Eggs, extra large 1/4 cup Organic Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil, melted1/4 cup Almond Oil1 cup Organic Unsweetened Apple SauceSt. Dalfour Wild Blueberry (All Natural Ingredients 100% Fruit) about 6 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare pan [or use "If you care" cupcake liners]
Combine well flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda in small bowl.
Combine well eggs, oil, and applesauce in large bowl.
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients; mix well.
Divide into muffin pan/ cups.
Bake total time: 20 minutes
Halfway through: remove from oven long enough to add generous tsp. of fruit spread to top of each cupcake. Return to oven and complete baking.
Cool slightly - or completely - before eating.
