Ingredients: Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1 cup *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1.5 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *Splenda, 48 tsp (= 1 cup)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup Water, tap, .75 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cupSalt, 1/2 tsp *Carrot - raw, chopped, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 1/8 tspa sprinkle of cinnamon
Pam muffin tin.
Mix all ingredients together. Fill up 12 muffins worth.
Bake for 18 minutes, top should spring back a little when touched.
Bake at 400.
