Gluten free black bean burgers

Ingredients
1 can Bush's reduced sodium black beansjalepeno pepperonionsweet pepper1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powderolive oilGlutino (or any other) gluten free breadcrumbs (about 1/4 cup)
Directions
Rinse and drain black beans. Mash beans until desired consistency, mostly mushy but some beans not totally. Add in one beaten egg, chopped jalepeno (remove seeds and ribs, unless you like it hot), chopped onion, chopped sweet pepper, cumin and chili powder. Change seasonings to your individual taste. Add in only enough breadcrumbs until able to form into a patty. Heat a little olive oil in a nonstick pan, when hot add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes per side until golden. Eat while hot and crispy with a side salad. Enjoy
