Roasted Cannellini Beans

Ingredients
1/2 c. rinsed cannellini/white kidney beans.5 tsp. oil1/3 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. black or cayenne pepper1/4 tsp. dried rosemary or italian seasoning
Directions
Rinse beans in warm water, spread onto a plate, and gently pat them with a paper towel.
In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
Add in beans and gently mix so the beans are coated with the oil mixture.
Spread onto a foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 400F for 20 -30 minutes, until crunchy.
