Dark Chocolate Coconut Milk Sauce or Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 can lite coconut milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 cup plus one tablespoon special dark cocoa powder 4 packets Truvia1 tablespoon corn starch (optional, to thicken)
Directions
Chill coconut milk in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or container. You can use beaters, a spoon, or a fork. You can freeze solid (will have an icy texture) or just keep in the fridge and use as a sauce.
