1.5 cup President's Choice Southwest Bean Medley 3 cups Canned Tomatoes, diced 540 grams ground chicken breast 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen .5 tsp minced Garlic 1 medium Onion, diced 1 tsp Club House Tex Mex Seasoning 1 tsp cayenne Pepper 0.5 tsp Club House Cajun Seasoning 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp salt 1 dried chili pepper, crushed
Cook ground chicken in pan with minced onion until no pink remains in chicken. Pour meat misture into crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook on High heat setting for 4 hours.
