Slow-Cooker Fresh Vegetable Beef-Barley Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Stew Beef1 sm Bell Pepper,chopped3/4 c 1 inch pieces Green Beans3/4 c chopped onion2/3 c uncooked barley2/3 c fresh whole kernel corn1 1/2 c water1 t salt1/2 t dried thyme leaves1/4 t pepper2 cans 14oz diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained2 cans 14 oz beef broth1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients into 31/2 to 6 quart slow cooker
Cover and cook on low setting 8-9 hours, or high heat setting 4-5 hours
