Roasted lamb cubes

Ingredients
*Boneless Leg of Lamb, 17.63 oz *Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp *Raha, Nada, Laban, Low Fat, 100 ml, 1 serving *Chili Powder, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Pureed Tomatoes, 25 grams Salt, 1 tsp *Corn Oil, 1 1tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp *garam masala, 1 serving *coriander powder, 1 serving
Directions
Chop small tiny pieces about 1 cm by 1 cm lamb cubes and mix and marinate all ingredients except oil.Preheat oven at 260 deg and coat a pan with oil and put the marinated cubes of lamb in it.Put in the oven at 260 deg for 45 -60 mins till soft and tender .Dont forgetto cover with aluminium foil and check in between and add a lottle water if dries up...Serve hot .
