Ingredients
Amaranth Flour 69 gramTiana Coconut Flour 50 gramRolled Oats (Gluten Free) 58 gramMillet Flour 46 gramTapioca Flour 55 gramSalt 3gXanthan Gum 6gYeast 6gWater 800g
Directions
Set for 2 pound loaf, medium/dark color and use either gluten free cycle or whole wheat cycle. If you don't have a gluten-free cycle I really recommend only using one rise and baking it in your oven instead. Wet stuff goes in first, then salt, then flours and finally the yeast. Keep the salt and yeast away from each other and there you go=)
