Home made salsa

Ingredients
Plum TomatoesSweet OnionFresh CilantroFresh Lime JuiceSea SaltFresh Garlic
Directions
I halve the tomatoes and the onion and toss them into the food processor. Then I take a handful of fresh cilantro and toss that in along with the garlic. Process until you have your desired consistency. Strain and pour into a mixing bowl, add salt and lime juice to taste. Refrigerate and enjoy.
