Low Fat Salsa Turkey Meatloaf

1 1/4 lbs Ground Turkey3/4 C. Salsa3 Cloves Garlic, Minced1/2 C. Bread Crumbs1 Large Egg3/4 C. Catsup2 tsp. Lite Soy Sauce1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1) Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
2) Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 C. catsup.
3) Press mixture into an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
4) Spread remaining catsup on top.
5) Bake for 50-55 mins, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
