Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash, baked and shredded2 eggs worth of egg substitute1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese1 cup green pepper, chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped1 1/2 cups fat free sour cream1 lb. turkey sausage, Italian seasoned, skinned2 cups Lite Spaghetti Sauce8 oz. Fat Free Mozarella Cheese
Directions
6-8 Servings

Bake spaghetti squash at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cut open, spoon out seeds and shred the meaty part. Mix in egg substitue and Parmesan cheese. Spread into a Pam sprayed 13x9x2 pan.

Saute green pepper and onion. Add sour cream. Spread onto first layer.

Skin sausage. Saute sausage until cooked. Add spaghetti sauce. Spread over the sour cream layer in the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkly mozzarella cheese evenly over the top and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
