Ingredients
and 1/2 cup Chopped Onion2 cloves of garlic chopped1 tblspoon Italian seasoning mix1 28oz can pureed tomatoes 1 pats of butter1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 egg 1/2 cup cottage cheese lowfat1 cup lowfat ricotta cheese1/4 cup parmesean cheese1/2 cup Mozz cheese shredded reserve half for topping
Directions
Serving Size: makes 6 cup servings
Pre heat oven to 350

Boil pasta per package instructions, drain and set to the side. Saute onions with butter and olive oil until translucent, add garlic, add seasonings. Add pureed tomatoes simmer over med-low heat until heated through. In a seperate bowl mix Egg with Cottage Cheese, ricotta , parmesean and half of the Mozz cheese.

add a small amount of sauce to the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish, add half of the pasta, spoon half of the cheese mixture over the pasta and spread over the pasta add half of the sauce. Repeat for the second layer. Sprinkle top with remaining Mozz cheese. Bake for 20 min until cheese is melted and bubbly.
