Blueberry syrup

Ingredients
Blueberries, fresh or frozen, sugar.
Directions
In a pan put sugar and boiled water, when sugar has dissolved add blueberries and reduce sauce. When at desired consistency, pass through a sieve for a smooth sauce.

Serving Size: Makes about a cup and a half of syrup depending on how much hot water added, and time spent reducing sauce.
