*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove) Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 24 oz (remove) Garlic, 1 serving (remove) Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove) Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) Sage, ground, 2 tsp (remove) Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Rosemary, 1 tsp (remove) *Nabisco 100% Whole Grain Wheat Thins, 16 crackers, 3 serving (remove) *Turkey Broth Stock 1c=10cals Homemade (see my recipe) low fat, low salt pre-seasoned, 4 cup (remove)
Mix together, then roast or bake. Do not deep fry.
