Ingredients
I use a Jr. Smoothie Maker for this.4 oz black cherry juice.4 oz water8 ice cubes (mine are smaller from ice maker).5 avocado interior.25 large pear.5 gala apple1 C+ fresh spinach leaves
Directions
Add juice, water & cubes to blender.
Add avocado, pear, apple and spinach.

Blend until smooth.
Pour into large glass. (I use a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle.)

Serving Size: Makes 20 oz frozen smoothie
