Ingredients
2 cups dried pinto beans1 large bag frozen vegetables2 tbs Tastefully Simple Onion Onion2 tbs Tastefully Simple Garlic GarlicWaterCajun seasoning (optional)
Directions
soak beans overnight the night before
combine all ingredients in crockpot and turn heat to low and cover with water. Cover and let cook while your at work!
