spicy sauteed shrimp with brown rice

Ingredients
12 oz shrimp1 yellow onion cut up1/2 bell pepper cut upw tbsp hot and spicy seafood sauce1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original1/2 cup Minute whole grain brown rice 1/4 cup water1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
put onions and peppers in large frying pan with olive oil
sautee until onions are translucent
put all other ingredients in pan and stir continuously for about 10 minutes to keep ingredients from sticking to pan making sure to turn shrimp over while stirring.
