Chicken, Red Pepper and Cheese Panini

Ingredients
1 4oz Chicken Breast1 tbs Italian Dressing1/2 cup of Red Roasted Pepper2 slices Provolone Cheese2 Large Lettuce Leafs2 slices tomato4 sm 4" Pita Breads
Directions
Marinate chicken in salad dressing for 1 hour.
Grill chicken 5 min per side or done
Place two Pitas on dish, layer 1/2 slice Cheese on both, then 1/2 chicken, 1/2 Peppers, 1/2 lettuce, 1 slice tomatoes and top with 1/2 slice cheese again Close up with 2 more pitas
Press in Panini pan or Foreman grill till cheese is melted .
