Cauliflower Pizza (Basic)

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Egg, fresh, 1 large Cheese, Mozzarella,Skim, Shredded, 0.33 cup Cheese, Mozzarella,Skim, Shredded, 1 cup Prego Light Smart Traditional Italian Sauce, 0.75 cupSpice/seasoning to taste
Directions
Rice the cauliflower (the whole head minus the stems/leaves etc!) in a food processor and cook covered in microwave on high for 7-8 minutes. Thoroughly dry (a very important step!) with a towel (or paper towels).

Combine cauliflower with the egg and 1/3 cup cheese and italian spices (garlic, etc).

Spray baking sheet with non stick spray - make a super thin crust out of the mash (maybe 1/4 inch thick at best).

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.

Top with sauce and cheese, bake in the broiler until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (half a pizza)
