Ingredients
Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Beans, white, 2 cup (remove)Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced (remove)Molasses, .25 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Bay Leaf, .01 grams (remove)Carrots, raw, 7 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
Directions
throw everything but carrots and celery into the crock. (after it's chopped obviously) then, about 40 min before serving, add in your carrots and celery. :)
